I have been a proud member of the Pelham Bay Little League for over 15 years. Starting as a player, I developed my passion for the game and community which naturally led to becoming a coach and trainer.

My experience as a ball player has taken me all over the world and country. I played NCAA Division II and Division III Baseball at the University of New Haven and Ithaca College. Following my collegiate career I went overseas to play for the Weston Creek Indians in the Australian State League, the Füssen Royal Bavarians in the German Bundesliga, the Pittsburgh Diamonds in the Pacific Association of Professional Baseball, the Whitesands Pupfish in the Pecos League of Professional Baseball, and the Diving Ducks in the Austrian Baseball Federation.
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. My specialities include hitting development, catching development, athletic performance, corrective exercise, strength training, and sports performance.

I offer private and group hitting, fielding, catching, strength and speed classes.
